Establishes a corporation business tax and insurance premiums tax credit, administered by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, for a business that makes a qualifying capital investment of at least $100,000,000 and creates at least 100 new full-time jobs at a qualified business facility, including an AI data center as the Act defines that term; the credit is the lesser of 0.1 percent of capital investment multiplied by new jobs, 25 percent of capital investment, or $250,000,000, claimable over a five-year eligibility period, and shares an overall $11.5 billion, nine-year cap with other New Jersey Economic Recovery Act programs.
