Applies to both
Cyprus's transmission system operator and distribution system operator must each prepare, for the energy regulator's approval, a report setting the basis for charges for use of and connection to the transmission or distribution system, including the capital cost of any additional new investment the connection requires, per Article 98(1) and (2) of the Electricity Market Law.
The Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority may give binding regulatory directions on the charging basis for use of or connection to either network, per Article 98(3).
